When we visited Colombia in 2025, one of our goals was to ensure we have a consistent & delicious espresso on bar for 2026. We couldn't be happier to have this community lot from Pueblo Bello, Sierra Nevada. Having met many of the farmers and gotten to see the dedication to their craft first hand, it makes it so special to be able to roast & brew their coffee here in Limerick.
We roast this coffee for both espresso & filter and both are tasting amazing.
